Why would I need Custom Orthotics?
Custom Orthotics realign your feet to your neutral position to reduce not only your foot pain but can also reduce knee, hip, and back pain.
Additionally, everyone’s feet are different. Even your own two feet are different. This is why we design our custom orthotics for each foot because they may be different sizes and have different medical conditions. We never mirror your second-foot orthotic design based on the orthotic design for your first foot.
Why would I buy Custom Orthotics from FootDoctors Orthotics?
You will be getting the same Medical Grade Custom Orthotics that Dr. O fits her clinical patients with. Dr. O has been designing and fitting patients with orthotics for twenty-five years. Besides designing typical Medical Grade Custom Orthotics for normal Sport and Dress usages, Dr. O has designed Medical Grade Custom Orthotics for those difficult applications such as high heels and Dansko clogs.
Our Orthotic Lab is also overseen by a Certified Pedorthist to ensure your Custom Orthotics are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
What is the difference between Over the Counter (OTC) arch supports and custom fitted orthotics?
Over the Counter arch supports are more of a one size fits all, soft padded arch support. These over the counter arch supports may provide a slight cushion, but they do not provide the support needed to get your feet back in a neutral supported position. OTC arch supports last about three months. Custom orthotics last between 3 to 5 years, depending on your activity level and weight. Custom Orthotics are designed to fit your individual foot and are rigid to provide support and realign your foot and ankle.

Will my Custom Orthotics fit my shoes?
Yes – we design and make your orthotics to fit your shoes or boots upon receiving them. Sometimes in Sports Style Custom Orthotics, you may need to trim the end of the top cover with a pair of scissors to get them to fit exactly. If you have a specific pair of sport shoes that you intend to wear your new Custom Orthotics in, remove the current insole and trace that insole on a piece of paper. Return that traced impression with your Impression Kit and we will customize your Sport Style Custom Orthotics to fit in your sport shoes.

After we receive your Impression Kit, we will send you your Custom Orthotics within 7 business days.'
Are there special instructions to break in my new Custom Orthotics?

How long will my Custom Orthotics last?

Can I return my Custom Orthotics?
Yes. During the first 60 days we will work with you to address any issues with the fit of your orthotics. If you are still not happy with the fit of your orthotics at the end of 60 days, then you may return your orthotics.
Is there a warranty on my Custom Orthotics?
